Abedul Ártico está repleto de nutrientes y se le conoce comúnmente como el Árbol de la Vida. Utilizado tradicionalmente para la cicatrización de heridas, las hojas de abedul contienen altos niveles de antioxidantes que se sabe ayudan a reducir la inflamación mientras purifican e hidratan la piel.
