The soy wax melts evenly and leaves zero soot behind, which I noticed right away since my last candle left black marks everywhere. It burns slow enough that I've gotten several cozy evenings out of one little jar.

The cotton wick stays put and doesn't mushroom, and the soy wax melts so evenly I get every last bit of it. It's a simple candle, but the hand-poured care really shows in how steady the flame is.

Burns so clean and even that I've barely had to trim the wick between uses, and the soy wax pools beautifully without any soot. The lead-free cotton wick is a nice touch for a candle this size, and it's become my favorite wind-down ritual.
