My lips were cracked from the cold and this balm smoothed them out within a day, the rich red currant scent lingers just enough without being overpowering. The tube is small but a little goes a long way, so it's easy to keep in a coat pocket for quick touch-ups.
The scent is really nice and it glides on smooth, so it does the job for basic dryness. But it's not the thickest balm I've used, so I find myself reapplying more often than I'd like. Fine for the price, just not a miracle worker.
